As a designer for kid's gear at PBK, I developed new concepts for collections of gear, including backpacks and tote bags. 

The Fall 2017 Striped Critter Collection pieces were designed to be very textural, using various fabrications of appliqué layered onto a yarn-dyed stripe ground. I was especially excited and passionate about the "playful handle" designs, which let a child interact with the tote bag in a fun and unexpected way, like looping a rainbow over their shoulder!
